She oversees policies and programs for the entire company as well as organisational planning and development, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and health.

Kim has been a key strategist for the group company development and implementing corporate governance, security and regulatory compliance.

She specialises in talent management and leadership development with a focus on customer relationship management as she works as a team player to help the sales team to be aligned to the company goals.
